It’s substantial that the awareness of karate and its in-depth power is being felt by everyone. Karate is nothing but it enlightens you to talk with oneself and give you the authority to defend yourself. It’s an open hand technique which in combinations and perfection is a lethal weapon.

The process of self-realization of what you need is what’s more fundamental. In this race of performance, pressures, compromises, adjustments and stress – we forget our own self! We provide a unique combination of Karate and Spirituality that would be of your interest. The combination is useful to release the stress, strengthen the body -mind and soul. Finding peace or say balance in life is the most difficult. Every individual has got a different tuning and perception. It’s not fair to compareWh others.

Why don’t we try to analyze our own self and try to understand how can we be at peace, calm and quite?

Different people Different perception

Perception and reception plays a vital role on how we are going to react. Perception means the ability to see, hear or become aware of something through the senses. However, in the actual reality towards this; even our perception is based on what we really wants to see and hear. 5 senses are involved during the process of perception. We overlook or sometimes just don’t see or accept the reality. Mind creates its own perception, image and visualize drama. It’s capable of creating fantastic sci-fi illusions. Repeatedly we are deceived by our own perception. 

Your mind needs rest and it should be trained to do those task which are fruitful and productive in nature. Training needs practice, dedication, determination and devotion. For me, human mind is the most unpredictable and volatile substance. You need constant remembrance to train it and keep it calm. This is a everyday task, just like breathing and with practice you will auto suggest yourself. 

Do not entertain any negative thoughts, discussion or emotions. Every time you face negativity you have to come up with a positive thought, positive action and be courageous to accept and move ahead.   

Expectations creates heartbreaks; henceforth do not set any kind of expectations from anyone else apart from your own self. Failure to achieve New year resolutions is perfectly okay and acceptable behavior because you never had expectations from yourself. You have accepted that you are weak and you will fail. So there is no disappointments and gradually you have now mastered the art to convince yourself. However, at the same time; we get so furious and irritated when someone else fails to come up with your expectations. This fire is not seen when you keep failing repeatedly i.e quit smoking, exercise, meditation and whatever!!

This is the power of mind – which belongs to you; but never listens to you. Hmmm btw who are you? Give a thought!

Happiness exists so does sadness,

Balance keeps you stable. Balance keeps the family strong, motivated and in a positive frame of mind. Balance avoids you to fall down while walking/running. Balance lets you do multiple task at a time. Balance helps you solve complex problems. When your body achieves the appropriate balance then it balances your mind. When your mind is balanced then it connects you with your soul. The more you practice, the more connected you are! It’s a daily process, you can’t achieve or feel it if you do it once in a while. The more you are involved and balanced; the more you can feel the difference. For sustaining this earth the Sun has to rise and then has to set. This is the universal law and henceforth the balance is maintained in the environment, which sustains you, me and other living beings.

The same applies on us as well, if we deviate in any direction we would imbalance ourselves. Balanced mind is crucial to help everyone around and to take appropriate decisions. Understand this clearly, at any given point of time; you are not controlling the situation or the happenings around. Your state of happiness or grief is purely based on your attachment to the particular situation/person.

When I say, balance! You need to be in a normal state of expression towards the surroundings. Not too happy nor too sad. This does’t mean that you are supposed to be inhumane or  be heartless. It also does’t mean that you should forget grief or happiness. It’s more about how to respect the happenings around you. Be a witness to the good and bad. Respect them, be a part of it, feel it and at the same time stay composed. Nothing is permanent. If you practice being neutral, you will be able to take appropriate decisions in crucial time. You have to be a leader of your own life. No-one can help you, unless you take the charge. You have the capacity to be happy or sad or depressed. Raise yourself for others and for being a reason to show others the right path.

Attachment is the root cause of pain and agony. Attachment is when you start depending on someone. Their day to day things are more important to you than anything else. You tend to get hurt every time when the person with-whom you are attached is not doing good. This builds up frustration inside you and at some-point of time it irritates the other.. Realize how you are getting confused at a conscious or unconscious level. You are getting trapped in your mind and within your thoughts. You are trying to capture what is not yours! You are trying to have the ownership of someone else’s life. To be free and to have balance; you have to let go on attachments, you have to set free, you have to respect the other individuals and at the same time start focusing on your own-self. You need to love yourself and face your fears. Understand you need to have a balance in life.

You have to evaluate and improve yourself. This is an everyday task [I have recently started working on this.] You have to get better with time. If you are dependent and weak; you are making things very difficult for your ownself and for your loved ones.. Don’t find reasons to justify your situation. Stop being judgmental and look inside yourself. It’s always about your mental health; the moment you are balanced and composed. You will be in a position to handle all the situations gracefully.

I often encourage people around me to learn life lessons from animals and birds. They are someone who can help us learn how to deal life situations. Birds with their beaks make nest for their family, they struggle to find the right set of stalk to make the nest. Tirelessly they put all the efforts. After the egg is laid, the bird protects and then takes care of the hatchling. Tirelessly feeds it and teaches all the required skills for survival. When baby bird is ready to leave the nest. The mother bird leaves them alone and never returns back. They don’t get worried about their nest nor about the hard work they had put in to raise the baby bird.  Its only the pure unconditional love – nature-nurture.

Acceptance is what we need to learn. Every individual has his/her share of up’s and downs. We have to acknowledge, respect, accept and give freedom so that they grow with confidence, with more power and the gap is filled. Give them space to grow and learn their own mechanism. You are the best judge of your situation to understand when and how to have a balance! Learn it and follow it.

What motivates me to frequently conduct FREE online SELF-Confidence Training for women/girls?

Life keeps acting pricey. It is simple, yet demanding and in this hustle the basic need is overlooked. We as humans are fully equipped to take care of ourselves. We can survive alone as well. However with growing time, we started being dependent, with time our grooming got compromised, the gradual process of change completely changed the individual. The instinct were lost and now for sure, the humans are lost. 

On a regular basis every month, I keep training 3 to 4 dedicated and highly motivated women/girl who want to make a difference in their life. Many a times I have been asked why I conduct FREE SELF-confidence training for women/girls. There are numerous reasons to it, am trying to give opportunity to those who are very shy from within, who are confused and do not know what to do, there are those who are very low on self-esteem and need a push and then there are those who are constantly trying to help others.

Providing free workshop keeps me grounded and helps me to offer more help and support. It helps to understand how better we can design our curriculum so that we reach out to everyone.

SELF-confidence Booster Module is a perfect way to start your practice to stay healthy, fit and fine. Our curriculum uses an amalgamation of karate and meditation along with other fillers i.e art, music. SELF – confidence Booster

My advise would be stop and ask yourself what do you want? What are you exactly looking for! Most of the time we are confused. We get more confused when we start finding random things which get aligned with our confused thoughts. Simple things are loosing its fragrance, which actually fills your life with love, peace and oneness.

As an individual many of us are okay to miss out on those simple things i.e mindful breathing, spending sometime alone, giving opportunity to the child inside to be mischievous, having breakfast on time, keeping the stuff back on its place, counting the stars at night.  You can think of all those simple things that you like and frequently ignore doing it.

You constantly work hard, during appraisals you put in more than what you could have possibly thought of, you tend to push the extra mile and finally you see the result. You achieve either a promotion, salary hike or a new job. Awesome as it sounds. Likewise you try to put in efforts to your relationship based on your respective status. You invest time, money, emotions and finally you achieve a beautiful family. It makes me happy to see what you all are achieving.

However, let me ask? No you don’t have to reply back. Honestly, think over and reply to yourself: Are you really happy from inside? Are you happy with your relationship? Are you happy with your job? And are you happy with your mental health?

You still have a lot of room for improvement. Just because you can push yourself as per your need to achieve whatever you want. If you are able to manage then its awesome; if you honestly feel you are! How long will be the question?

This is my personal observation; all the parents want the best of the world for their kids. However they just want it! The Life-Skills that they learnt from parents is a hindrance; the ergonomics learnt from parents is a hindrance and as a parent you can figure out the eating habits, addiction of gadgets, obesity..…when it gets too late; then starts the blame-game (i guess it is at an unconscious level) to justify the action. It’s very easy to point fingers and blame. However it requires balls to accept and change. Sooner or later every individual before dying repents for something or the other. Naked facts of life. Where do you see yourself!

Attention required: why? Just to press a panic button and make you realize. If you can achieve as per your need, then you should learn to organize yourself. This will save you from pushing yourself hard, every now and then.

As a trained martial artist we have developed and designed a SELF-confidence module which is an amalgamation of martial arts and meditation. Tried, tested and successful. Human Body needs to be healthy at all levels to function properly. This is the most under rated and ignored fact of life, yet ironically its the reality. As the name suggests SELF-confidence it purely narrows down to SELF of the individual and this is how we attempt to make an impact. We work on your body, strength, patience, endurance, mind and try to touch your SELF. This module specifically addresses few common as well important issues which are psychological as well physiological in nature. Positive spillovers have been recorded. Love conducting free online self-defense training workshops for women/girls. However, we limit this to 3 or 5 individuals who are highly motivated.  In future too this practice will be continued. We have developed an unique ‘SELF-confidence Booster’ module which is an amalgamation of martial arts and meditation. One of the best way to stay healthy and connected. Keeps your energies high. Daily practice will enhance the productivity of the individual and at the same time keep them humble and grounded. The curriculum is being tweaked as per the needs of participants. Customized curriculum helps to address the root cause of the issues. This module has got numerous positive spill over. Data has shown; participants with improved communication skills, improved life-style and most important imparting training to their siblings and parents. We have different workshops spread across as per the need of the individuals. In these years of imparting training we have observed a significant positive spill over. The girls under training; have trained their mother and siblings.

Systematic and mindful training is required to make the human body strong. Every body part has a specific need and accordingly it should be trained. There are many health-professionals who are constantly providing their unique health services. However, personally I feel that Human Mind is the most crucial element. Until you feed it with positive vibes and good energy you would not enjoy to the fullest.

If mind is not exercised then: Outwardly you would be strong, fit, rich, and famous but inside; deep within – you would be miserable and fake. You would suffer from jealousy, anger, depression, stress and will not have honest relationships. That’s not life man!

Gradually with time we start taking many things for granted. Creating and inviting problems for self. Our mind is weak; it’s not stable and always has the tendency to fall down. No one is teaching you how to keep your mind pepped up! We don’t know the required mechanism to lift our mind and keep it motivated.

The first thing required to counter all the negative thoughts is to counter back with a positive thought. This habit doesn’t come easy, however if you want to grow in life, feel happy about yourself then better learn this before life teaches you.

Hint – practice constant remembrance!

Our self-defense workshops tries to make the individual mindful and create awareness. Workshops have a unique curriculum that involves meditation, ergonomics, mindful breathing and self-defense. This has indeed received good response. 

We have a customized curriculum that runs for 10 days / 1 month / 6 months and for 1 year. These workshops bring about physiological as well psychological changes among the participants. One of our projects Mission 1000 is specifically designed only for the women and girls from disadvantage community. These workshops are conducted by our non-profit organization Colorss FoundationThese workshops are FREE for the participants.

In November 2016, Mission 1000 was in the Finals of Project Inspire, joint initiative from the Singapore Committee for UN Women and MasterCard, to help young change-makers create a better world for women and girls in Asia Pacific. Knowledge Partner, INSEAD, awarded us with full scholarships to INSEAD’s Social Entrepreneurship Programme (ISEP).

Out of 200 participants we were in top 10. Our objective is very clear to bring about psychological and psychological changes among the participants. Specifically, train the women. 

Our workshop gradually makes the individual quick, fast and powerful. The eye-hand coordination needs to be quick and fast. All these learning are useless, if mind is not ready to learn or accept changes happening around you. Recognize one thing, all the required responses to attack, block, run, defend, being alert and shout is given my mind. If the mind freezes then all the training goes in vain. Constant practice is required to keep the body-mind connected.

We have introduced something really cool and encouraging. We wish to give our participants an opportunity to utilize the knowledge acquired: be a part of giving back to the society. We train women/girls from disadvantage community in self-defense for free. Participate as a volunteer, revise what you learnt and see for yourself who got the opportunity to get trained when you got yourself trained. Buy 1 Gift 1 Is’t this cool!

We have trained more than 2000 women and children. As a trained martial artist 2nd Dan Black belt in Karate, Green Belt in Kubodo [Weapon System].
