Body wreck’s Mind : Never ending Pain, Heart-break and Trauma

Eye to eye ~ Life is beautiful

Whenever the Balance is compromised the consequences are dangerous. Within all are capacity and capabilities we work hard to achieve the respective aim set in life. This can be being an expert in Yoga, Martial Arts, Music, Sports, Work, Business, Cooking, Driving, Swimming, Body building and anything of your respective choice. Apart from the daily chores of life and work.

Mind makes and creates all its way to burn out the body. Everyone once in a while talks about the power of mind and the miracles performed by it. 

However, if the mind is in control, the body is in control!

It’s difficult to maintain a stable, calm and quite mind. The human body has its own way to communicate and if you are well connected with your body you can understand its need. In the pursuit of success, we end up over-doing and exhaust ourselves to the extent that the damage gets deeper and sharper. 

Balance is the law of nature. The Sun and Moon by its nature defines the day and night for us. Based on this all the activities are designed and defined. Similarly, all the things that you are doing in your respective life also need to have a balance. Do not over do it, do not over exhaust yourself! By not addressing your body needs at the right time, you are doing the biggest mistake and are being super rude to yourself. The body needs rest to rejuvenate itself and recover from the depreciation. It needs time to regenerate cells and muscles needs time to grow. Too much of anything is not at all healthy. Sooner or later everyone undergoes its dangerous impact.

Once the threshold is reached, the body will not respond. Despite of doing meditation or yoga! You will experience frequent body pains, irritation, mood swings, muscle cramps, sleepless nights, depression and you can also see the relationships feeling the dent. 

What can possibly help you? 

  • Do not do anything in excess?
  • Work within your schedule and have a daily time-table
  • Learn to say NO
  • Have a balanced diet on TIME 
  • If you are not sure about your workouts regime – find an experienced trainer 
  • Don’t indulge in negative thoughts and don’t get lost in past
  • Everything happens on TIME
  • Hang out with those who help you come out of crisis
  • Don’t punish yourself by always criticizing yourself
  • Meditate and practice yoga
  • Love yourself and practice forgiveness 
  • Trust : The invisible power – God
  • REST your BODY and MIND   

Respect – This body is a rented place 

Human mind is a very powerful tool and it knows how to make you a fool. Try to connect with your body and understand what is its need! Once the mind takes over nothing on this earth can help you. Be brave, strong and practice total acceptance. This will help you give the courage and strength required to control mind. Be kind and humble.

Power of Mind – Brain हो गया Drain 

Finding peace or say balance in life is the most difficult. Every individual has got a different tuning and perception. It’s not fair to compareWh others.

Why don’t we try to analyze our own self and try to understand how can we be at peace, calm and quite?

Different people Different perception

Perception and reception plays a vital role on how we are going to react. Perception means the ability to see, hear or become aware of something through the senses. However, in the actual reality towards this; even our perception is based on what we really wants to see and hear. 5 senses are involved during the process of perception. We overlook or sometimes just don’t see or accept the reality. Mind creates its own perception, image and visualize drama. It’s capable of creating fantastic sci-fi illusions. Repeatedly we are deceived by our own perception. 

Your mind needs rest and it should be trained to do those task which are fruitful and productive in nature. Training needs practice, dedication, determination and devotion. For me, human mind is the most unpredictable and volatile substance. You need constant remembrance to train it and keep it calm. This is a everyday task, just like breathing and with practice you will auto suggest yourself. 

Do not entertain any negative thoughts, discussion or emotions. Every time you face negativity you have to come up with a positive thought, positive action and be courageous to accept and move ahead.   

Expectations creates heartbreaks; henceforth do not set any kind of expectations from anyone else apart from your own self. Failure to achieve New year resolutions is perfectly okay and acceptable behavior because you never had expectations from yourself. You have accepted that you are weak and you will fail. So there is no disappointments and gradually you have now mastered the art to convince yourself. However, at the same time; we get so furious and irritated when someone else fails to come up with your expectations. This fire is not seen when you keep failing repeatedly i.e quit smoking, exercise, meditation and whatever!!

This is the power of mind – which belongs to you; but never listens to you. Hmmm btw who are you? Give a thought!

It is all about Balance!

सुख है तोह दुःख है
दिन है तोह रात्रि है
धूप है तोह छाव है
जीवन है तोह मृत्यु है
मानो तोह है वरना नहीं है
 
ईनके बीच ही तोह रहना है
 
अपनालो, जो आता है जैसे आता है
स्थिर करो चंचल मन को
 
क्योंकि हर रात्रि के बाद सुन्हेरा सबेरा है।

Happiness exists so does sadness,
Day exists so does night,
Bright sunlight exists so does shadow,
Life exists so does Death!
If you believe, it is; else its not,
We have to stay among them
Accept whatever comes in whatever form,
Stabilize your flickering mind,
“caz after every night there is a beautiful day!

Balance keeps you stable. Balance keeps the family strong, motivated and in a positive frame of mind. Balance avoids you to fall down while walking/running. Balance lets you do multiple task at a time. Balance helps you solve complex problems. When your body achieves the appropriate balance then it balances your mind. When your mind is balanced then it connects you with your soul. The more you practice, the more connected you are! It’s a daily process, you can’t achieve or feel it if you do it once in a while. The more you are involved and balanced; the more you can feel the difference. For sustaining this earth the Sun has to rise and then has to set. This is the universal law and henceforth the balance is maintained in the environment, which sustains you, me and other living beings.

The same applies on us as well, if we deviate in any direction we would imbalance ourselves. Balanced mind is crucial to help everyone around and to take appropriate decisions. Understand this clearly, at any given point of time; you are not controlling the situation or the happenings around. Your state of happiness or grief is purely based on your attachment to the particular situation/person.

When I say, balance! You need to be in a normal state of expression towards the surroundings. Not too happy nor too sad. This does’t mean that you are supposed to be inhumane or  be heartless. It also does’t mean that you should forget grief or happiness. It’s more about how to respect the happenings around you. Be a witness to the good and bad. Respect them, be a part of it, feel it and at the same time stay composed. Nothing is permanent. If you practice being neutral, you will be able to take appropriate decisions in crucial time. You have to be a leader of your own life. No-one can help you, unless you take the charge. You have the capacity to be happy or sad or depressed. Raise yourself for others and for being a reason to show others the right path.

Attachment is the root cause of pain and agony. Attachment is when you start depending on someone. Their day to day things are more important to you than anything else. You tend to get hurt every time when the person with-whom you are attached is not doing good. This builds up frustration inside you and at some-point of time it irritates the other.. Realize how you are getting confused at a conscious or unconscious level. You are getting trapped in your mind and within your thoughts. You are trying to capture what is not yours! You are trying to have the ownership of someone else’s life. To be free and to have balance; you have to let go on attachments, you have to set free, you have to respect the other individuals and at the same time start focusing on your own-self. You need to love yourself and face your fears. Understand you need to have a balance in life.

You have to evaluate and improve yourself. This is an everyday task [I have recently started working on this.] You have to get better with time. If you are dependent and weak; you are making things very difficult for your ownself and for your loved ones.. Don’t find reasons to justify your situation. Stop being judgmental and look inside yourself. It’s always about your mental health; the moment you are balanced and composed. You will be in a position to handle all the situations gracefully.

I often encourage people around me to learn life lessons from animals and birds. They are someone who can help us learn how to deal life situations. Birds with their beaks make nest for their family, they struggle to find the right set of stalk to make the nest. Tirelessly they put all the efforts. After the egg is laid, the bird protects and then takes care of the hatchling. Tirelessly feeds it and teaches all the required skills for survival. When baby bird is ready to leave the nest. The mother bird leaves them alone and never returns back. They don’t get worried about their nest nor about the hard work they had put in to raise the baby bird.  Its only the pure unconditional love – nature-nurture.

Acceptance is what we need to learn. Every individual has his/her share of up’s and downs. We have to acknowledge, respect, accept and give freedom so that they grow with confidence, with more power and the gap is filled. Give them space to grow and learn their own mechanism. You are the best judge of your situation to understand when and how to have a balance! Learn it and follow it.

Kindness = Heart – Mind

LOVE IS LIFE

Change is constant and the impact is not seen immediately; with time the impact is seen. One act of kindness everyday will help you withstand all the pressure, stress and tensions of life, job, relationship and the ultimate to sustain your good self.

There is a magical twinkle of doing something good for others. The content that you would receive just by doing one act of kindness will help and protect you from the negative impacts of change. Your emotions would be controlled, your thoughts would be tamed and you would feel happy about yourself.

We, are ruled by our mind. It only puts us in a situation and a condition which never lets us sleep in peace. We are always in pain, bothered, pressurized, jealous and never feel proud about our-self. Kids are an outstanding example of how to live life. They are happy, sad, cry and innocent – but the very next moment they are again happy and enjoy themselves. Kids don’t have ego, its not developed and it doesn’t allow its mind to take control of its life. Kids think from heart, they do everything from their heart and the heart is always pure and unbiased.

Your one act of kindness, touches your heart and this is the place which should be nurtured. Just feel that moment of time; when someone had touched your heart! Stay in that emotion, enjoy it and share this emotions with others who can enjoy the emotions of being loved.

The only truth deep down your heart: is to be loved and to be loved!

Your one act of kindness everyday will help you end your day in style, in content and will protect you. Sounds stupid! Yes, it is! Listen to your heart and let it flow.

Healthy Body + Healthy Mind = Happy Life Happy Soul

When we are not composed and balanced from within, in no time we are quick enough to make judgmental analysis about others. Based on our mood, time, situation and liking constantly consciously as well unconsciously we create a reflection of the individual and it’s character. We need to treat others the way we wish to get treated. Sometimes we just start speaking for a bunch of people or may be more. Without having the understanding of their individual wants and emotions. It’s like if I am OK you are OK. We have been created in our own special way. Every eye has its own vision and demands its own personal perfection.

You are absolutely not my eye! Stop judging me! Move out of your comfort zone before you judge others.

Mind thinks unrealistically and loves to live in its own dream-world. Mind-thinks and this mind-web rises so does our need and demand. We are slave of our mind. Human body has been designed in a peculiar way. Every body-part needs to work perfectly if you wish to maximize. To keep the body available and functional it’s important that you follow a systematic exercise regime. We screw up things big time when we forget the importance of our body. Your body is only dearer when we start having physical problems.  The body parts are  weak and become useless with time as we hardly use them in the required way. Either side of your body [left or right] will be more flexible, smooth, stretchable, strong and bigger in size. No joke— seriously look at yourself. This is a more perfect and understandable example of how you treat your own body. When you change the course of track, the threads will get damaged burnt. Stability is only in equilibrium.

Like-wise is our human mind!  Zip up! Absolutely!! When we do not get time to work on our body — mind is million years ahead or behind! Root cause of your pain, trouble, stress, anxiety and all the negative emotion is because of your mind. Denial is always first and ready to manipulate with an answer that is approved by you. Well, even reading about Human Mind and it’s importance is many-a-times too much that it will instantly add stress :P.

Train your mind and you will see the difference. I know you are the most busiest person. You run short of time, you are someone who is trying to protect the world. This looks so nice to read. Comforts the little ego and makes you feel special. Sorry, wake-up! As a matter of fact you are not at all strong. You are just performing your duties and trying to survive in your own-style. As an individual at a particular phase of your life; your laid back attitude towards ignoring your physical and emotional health will pinch you real hard. Despite of it; we will let go and live with destiny. With time, technology and weakness our mental strength is only for the strong hearts. We are slaves of our mind. Pleasure and material are the only things which excites; rest looks good in the books or to hear. To understand the impact and complications of sedimentary life-style is good; however if precautionary measures are not taken then its a waste of knowledge and time.

Many of you are already aware and working on it. Please motivate others too and help them from running away.

Love & Luck

Love & Luck or is it Luck & Love

We as Indians are God fearing human beings, Spiritually inclined and celebrating all the festivals with utmost enthusiasm and flavor.  The trend of passing the culture and heritage from one family generation to the other is slowly declining. The fast paced life, pressure and stress can be a reason? What do you think?

However, personally for me its a mere excuse to label – the fact stands clear and loud; am not efficient enough to manage my time, work and family.  Acceptance has not yet developed and with time we are not ready to change. If you think deeply, as a person you have not changed. You are getting dragged into this fast pace demanding life. Like a puppet you are dancing on the tunes of your boss or your company responsibilities. You are acting as per the situation needs. Let me tell bluntly you are a bad actor. 

You as your own ‘self’ is no longer living! You do not have ownership on yourself.  We are ashamed to accept YES, I am inefficient to manage my life. We immediately label it across – on traffic, work pressure, stress, pollution, food, family problems, karma etc etc

Love & Luck or Luck & Love

We love playing with words and have something in-store as a lucky charm. I too have a lucky charm :P.  Need of a shoulder!

Lets not get into the in-depth of the issues, reasons and justifications. Its one of those factors which needs to be tackled tactfully. This is not the case with everyone, however many of us are in this phase of life. Unclear, confused, depressed, lonely and helpless – yet have a BIG FAT EGO.

Learn to change with time, evolve yourself with the demands. If we learn to do so, then our culture, heritage and family life would blossom. Even if time demands you to have nuclear family for job. It would not burn your heart permanently. As you are evolving with time. Once this is cultivated, distance is mere a number. 

Start practicing yoga, meditation and spend time with yourself. Take out two hours of pure dedicated time of your day for this. These will help you to keep your body-mind-soul synchronized.  Most of us do it and yet are not able to feel the difference. In this case and to everyone – You have to feel it and do it with dedication. Don’t mix it with other duties of your life. Do not compromise and for once be honest to yourself. You need to cultivate strong determination and have devotion.  If done correctly then you would be able to manage stress, obesity, work pressure, enjoy family relationship, have healthy social life and gracefully carry forward the culture and heritage. There are numerous positive spill overs.

The best is; once you learn to control your mind – your life would be in your control.

Once you start, within a week to three months [depending upon person to person] you can automatically feel the difference. Be honest! Let me tell you, Honesty is priceless. Every Tom, Dick and Harry doesn’t have this! Rest its your choice – you are the boss.

Does Your Work Space Give You A Pain In The Neck?

Ergonomics is the boss and you should never mess with the boss.

Occupational hazards like Shoulder-neck and back pain are increasing day by day. I had been through this phase for 3/4 years. Just have to make some changes in your life-style.

Most of our social entrepreneurs spend maximum hours on computer, mobile or laptop. Sleeping hours are erratic, eating habits don’t ask me and sleep [what is that]!!! Healthy body, mind and soul are required to give your best to your venture, job or your life.  These are the changes I incorporated in my lifestyle and it has helped me immensely. Not sure, if it would help you. However you can try and somebody who is in real pain – it’s better to consult the doctor.

Create awareness and be mindful about everything around you.

Rest: – Yes, this is the most important aspect to be followed. Give your body rest. For all those who are suffering from shoulder-neck and back pain should immediately try to reduce the usage of your shoulders, fingers and arms.  Your body needs time to recover and heal

Ergonomics: – Follow good and healthy ergonomics to reduce further damage and to help in recovery.  These links will help you understand

Healthy Food: – Have a balanced diet

Walk: – Spend some time for your own self, go for a walk and relax your entire body. 30 – 60 minutes’ walk would help you distress and make you feel relaxed

Exercise: – Include stretching exercise in your daily routine. Do not over exert on the first day or first week. Have a disciplined routine. In case of severe pain or problem talk to your doctor before you start

Meditation: – Love yourself. Take out 10/15 minutes of the day to meditate. This is your personal time – no thoughts – no work – no business plan – no negotiation – no pitch practice – absolute scalene do nothing. Turn on soothing music and listen the beats and follow them. Keep practicing this and you would gradually start falling in love. If you can’t sit for 10 minutes – start with 5 minutes. This will help you start your journey in Meditation: Be mindful

Sleep: – Get some good sleep

Keep enjoying yourself and keep inspiring.
